ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
A top leadership team wanted to strengthen their collaboration, create a clearer shared direction, and establish explicit agreements about how they operate as a leadership group.
JUHL/SKAANING designed and facilitated an intensive two-day programme combining professional depth with shared experiences – becoming a turning point in the group’s culture.
"It was clear how shared experiences and professional input came together seamlessly. We made real progress – both in relationships and direction – and left as a stronger team with clear agreements and renewed energy."
Tenna Skaaning
We don’t just work with insights and good intentions – but with concrete agreements anchored in daily practice.
Following the workshop, the leadership agreements have been rolled out across the organisation, ensuring that the shared leadership culture lives on – across teams and departments.
We created the framework – the participants created the content
🔹 Day 1:Focus on personality profiles, team behaviour, trust and accountability
🔹 Afternoon and evening:Teambuilding with clay pigeon shooting, open-fire cooking, and great wines – in collaboration with Gourmensch
🔹 Day 2:Collective reflection and formulation of concrete agreements and team guidelines
The result:
A new set of agreements for the leadership team – now anchored in the organisation’s way of working together.
Room to Reflect – and Depth Where It Matters
We designed a programme that combined personality profiles and high-performing team dynamics with reflection on trust, accountability, and roles within the leadership team.
By blending professional facilitation with shared experiences in informal settings, we created a safe space for honest conversations – bringing the group closer together, both professionally and personally.
Day 2 built on the trust established on Day 1 – making it possible to have the tough conversations and formulate concrete agreements that the team truly owns.
The executive team gained a shared language, greater trust, and clear frameworks for how they work together.
The new set of agreements has not only been used internally – it has become a guiding star for collaboration and accountability across the entire organisation.
The process shows how much can shift when both heads and hearts are engaged – and when a leadership team dares to address what truly matters.
